Optional prestige: what resets and what stays
Selected design / playtest proposal — not live
Proposed prestige unlocks when all eight current skills reach 99. There is no Larks/key fee, item sacrifice, deadline or automatic reset. Staying mastered indefinitely is valid.
A confirmed prestige resets the eight current skill levels to 1 and cycle XP to 0, raises prestige rank by one and grants one permanent upgrade point. Current-cycle counters and an unfinished circuit reset with a preview warning.
Keep: possessions, buildings, claims, homes, Larks, virtual keys, pending crate rewards, vanilla enchanting XP, lifetime achievements, story completion, purchased ownership, cosmetics, vault contents and saved layouts. Daily/weekly limits and one-time awards do not refresh.
Skill gates return: retained advanced equipment or abilities may be temporarily unusable. Locked equipped items must move safely into existing carried space before reset; insufficient room or unsafe removal blocks the reset without losing items.
Mastery crate choice and higher Q pools relock for new openings. Permanent vault/layout capacity and early-XP ownership remain.
The separate planned initial launch database reset is not ordinary prestige. Its exact scope and timing require their own notice and authorization; this guide announces no reset date.
