Music: radio, genres and the custom soundtrack

Type /music on any realm to open your music menu.

Radio
Everyone on the radio hears the same song at the same moment. The first time you open /music after joining, the radio starts for you if nothing else is playing. Click Radio to join it again. If you join partway through a song, you hear normal Minecraft music until the next song starts. Picking your own song leaves the radio.

Pick your own music
• All Songs: every song. Sort by genre, A to Z or Z to A, then pick one.
• Genres: pick Trap, House or Dubstep, then shuffle it, play it in order, or choose one song.
• Shuffle All Songs: plays every song in random order.
• Next Song skips ahead. Stop My Music stops your music, including the radio.
Only you hear the songs you pick. Your music keeps playing until you stop it. Other players keep theirs.

Get the songs: the custom soundtrack
Our songs are real recordings. To hear them, you need the free custom soundtrack (a music pack). Click Download Custom Soundtrack in the menu, or type /music pack download, then accept. It is always your choice and is never forced. Accept once, and it loads by itself each time you join. Your first download starts the album from track 1.
Without the pack, you hear normal Minecraft music instead. Songs do not switch to a note-block version. Bedrock players cannot use the pack, so they hear normal Minecraft music.
A few pieces, such as some Hub music, are written for note blocks. Those still play as note blocks, with or without the pack.

Sound Settings turns Music on or off and changes your volume. Minecraft's own background music goes quiet while one of our songs plays.
