Keep what you need
Set aside food, build materials and upgrade items before selling. Check fees separately from the amount you receive.

Read the refusal
An offer can be unavailable because of access, stock, funds, remaining demand or a limit. Use the message and current menu rather than assuming every town offer is always open.

Check completed trades
Review your balance, items and Player Market collection area before repeating a purchase. Ask staff with the time and receipt if a completed trade is still missing. Share private account details in a ticket.
