Crates and keys

Crates: what the latest proposal changes

Selected design / playtest proposal — not live

The latest selected design adds optional building rewards and collectible goals to Survival. This chapter describes the proposed launch preset, not enabled server rules.

Gold, Emerald and Diamond chests use matching account-bound virtual keys. One ordinary key opens one reward bundle, with no extra opening charge. The intended /keys and /crates keys menus show private balances and earning opportunities; command availability awaits implementation.

Rewards emphasize building palettes and cosmetic collectibles. Recurring crates do not provide powered gear, XP consumables, direct Larks or food. The once-only welcome bundle is separate.

Every skill remains equally likely in ordinary openings: 12.5% each, even after mastering it. Current-cycle progress unlocks more palettes; it does not improve rarity odds. Full mastery offers three bundles within the rolled rarity, of which you choose one.

Prestige is optional: stay mastered for crate choice, or reset current skills for permanent rewards while keeping possessions. Rare crate loot is never required for prestige.

The selected figures remain playtest settings. Current server menus and published launch notices determine when the new system is available.
