Keys: calendar, bank limits and retained ownership

Proposed bank targets: Gold 14, Emerald 8, Diamond 4. Keys belong to your account, do not expire and cannot be transferred, sold, traded or converted between types.

Daily boundaries are 00:00 UTC; weeks begin Monday 00:00 UTC. No streak penalty, offline accrual, paid catch-up or lost earned keys for skipping a day.

At a full bank, ordinary claims, exchanges and purchases must stop before charging you or consuming eligibility. Spend a key and retry while the window remains open. Unclaimed ordinary daily eligibility does not carry over.

Already-earned lifetime awards or protected promised rewards use durable overflow when necessary. Overflow is not an extra daily bank. Events reserve capacity before the key objective; ordinary events and hand-ins cannot continuously bypass the cap.

Prestige, death, reconnects and restarts preserve keys and award receipts. Moving between bound chests does not create another allowance. Lowering a configured cap preserves existing ownership for spending down.
