Expand an existing claim
The /claim controls will let you choose an owned residence and area, extend its bounds, then review the added land and cost. Original protected blocks, ownership, flags and subzones are retained. Only confirmation buys the extra land.
Renewal payment repair
A tested repair will use your personal Larks when the residence bank cannot cover renewal. It also protects claims from expiry caused by an unavailable payment provider.
Approved rate awaiting activation
The planned renewal rate is 0.05 Larks per claimed block, rounded to the nearest whole Lark. Example: 1,000 blocks would cost 50 Larks per renewal. The currently configured rate is 0.02; the new rate is not active yet.
Purchase cost and renewal cost are different. The current purchase rate remains 0.15 Larks per protected block. Check the residence's renewal deadline and payment information; report payment errors to staff rather than assuming the prepared repair is already installed.
