Planned training: legitimate actions across eight skills
Selected design / playtest proposal — not live
The latest plan calibrates the existing progression controller toward three reference hours per skill. Earlier fixed action-cycle seconds are superseded; initial action weights still need gameplay calibration.
• Mining: eligible natural blocks; replacing a mined block does not make it fresh XP.
• Woodcutting: natural or genuinely grown trees; renewable forestry remains valid.
• Farming: successful manual harvest of genuinely grown, mature crops; no XP merely for planting or collecting machine outputs.
• Fishing: legitimate completed rod catches; empty casts and item pickups do not count.
• Hunting: eligible active combat, shared by player damage contribution; summoned/spawner mobs are excluded unless a finite authored encounter opts in.
• Smithing: attributable refining, new equipment and real resource-consuming repairs; reversible conversions do not farm XP.
• Cooking: eligible, attributable transformations credited once; waiting for a batch is allowed, but hopper-fed inputs are initially uncredited.
• Exploration: eligible new locations once per prestige cycle. Ordinary Elytra gliding including normal firework boosts counts; /fly, command-assisted travel and teleport arrivals do not.
Lifetime discoveries and one-time achievements survive prestige. Circuit completion and reconnecting do not refresh discovery XP.
