Use #help for ordinary questions and #tickets for reports, appeals, private details or account problems. Read #rules and #announcements for community guidance and changes.
In game, use /report to report a problem. You get a private message each time your report changes stage or gets a reply, even if you were offline. How reports work.
For a useful report, include the realm, exact command or menu, what you expected, what happened, and the time. Add your Minecraft edition and version for joining or display problems.
For skill issues, include the activity, skill level, tool and active bonuses. For a trade issue, check your balance, items and waiting deliveries before repeating a purchase. Share any transaction reference in a private ticket.
Use /suggest add in Discord or Minecraft to suggest an improvement. A suggestion does not promise a change. Never share passwords or account-link codes in public.
