Bedrock menus: current known issue

Some menus may not open
An unresolved opening problem has been reported with Bedrock server selection and NPC menu choices. A fix has not been confirmed as of 19 September 2026.

The installed menu update provides button forms for supported player menus, with up to eight choices per page, item details and separate alternate-action buttons. Crafting, storage and screens that move real items retain their normal interfaces.

If a menu fails, report the menu name, what you selected, your device and Minecraft version in Discord #help. Share private account details in a ticket. A listed command is only an alternative if it does not open the same failing menu.

Java keeps its inventory menus. Items, progress, purchased rewards and saved choices are retained. Joining instructions and menu reliability are separate: being able to connect does not confirm every menu works.
