Replace a lost tool
Open the current tool tier's recovery card. Review its Larks and item costs before confirming. A replacement invalidates the older registered copy.
Check the exact quest step
Open /story. A land selection is not a saved claim. New supported chests lock privately on placement; check the lock message or use /cinfo if unsure. Story, skill level and trading access are separate checks.
Ask for help
Include the menu, exact message and what you did. For trade issues include the time or receipt. Do not repeat purchases while unsure whether the first one completed.
