Smithing output
Read Smithing's current training and timing cards. Only supported, attributable work counts. Taking old output, transferring items or splitting stacks does not create extra XP.
Exploration
Check the allowed travel modes and new-area rules. Repeating the same ground, teleporting or using a disallowed travel method may give no credit. Try a short normal walk through new Wilderness and inspect your statistics.
Small changes
Fractional XP can accumulate before a whole point appears. A hidden HUD does not prove lost progress. Report the action, game mode and exact message if the result still seems wrong.
